How it started
The founder of Henmar Properties – Hendrik Prinsloo and his wife Martie Prinsloo started with this baby on 26 April 1999. They saw a good opportunity in a Real estate market, Henmar went domain in Julie 2014 after Martie passed on. 1 May 2022 after 8-years Hennie got inspired again. Henmar Properties 2.0 was born. The new team consist of Lientjie Scholtz with 18 years of experience in the Real Estate. Rothea with 4 years experience. Pieter with 15 Year
Henmar focus on the agent, as Hennie knows that the agent is the core of the company. The agents gets the commission they deserve. Training is of utmost importance, as the agents at Henmar must speak the same language throughout. Henmar gives on the job training. Our clients are the heart of the business, as we all were in the position of buying and selling before becoming agents, we know how a clients want to be treated, protected and to be looked after.
